Stainless steel is an iron alloy that contains a minimum of 10.5 percent chromium. Alloying
elements such as nickel, molybdenum, titanium, carbon, nitrogen, and copper can boost the strength,
formability, and other properties of stainless steel. Stainless steel alloys offer greater cryogenic
toughness, a higher work hardening rate, increased strength and hardness, greater ductility, and a more
attractive appearance compared to carbon steel.
Stainless Steel Sealmess Pipe are resistant to rust and other corrosive attack. It is heat-resistant for
high-performance and high-temperature use.
The Stainless Steel Tube is applied in general corrosive, commercial, industrial and marine applications as
well. The different grades of the material make up the different physical and mechanical properties of the
Stainless Steel Seamless Tube and the use cases. The ASTM A312 Pipe and the other specification define the
service areas such as pressure vessel, high temperature applications etc.

Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe is a broad area of piping material in different compositions,
shapes and types. The pipes range in dimensions according to the ASTM, ASME and API standards with
specifications in ASTM A213, A249 and A269. There are welded as well as seamless pipes.
The Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe is dimensionally more accurate than the welded pipes. The pipes range in
nominal bore sizes from 1/8 inches to 30 inches, and 0.35mm to 6.35 inches in outer diameter and wall
thickness ranges from 0.1mm to 1.2mm.

Seamless tubular products are made by one of two hot forging process, rotary piercing and rolling, or extruding. seamless tubing is different than steel bar - because of the hole - there are many similarities to the extent that seamless tubing is frequently referred to as "hollow bar".
