S355J2H Pipe is a low carbon steel with a chemical composition including 0.22% carbon, 0.55% silicon, 1.6% manganese, and minimal phosphorus and sulfur. Known for its corrosion resistance and ability to withstand extreme temperatures, it features excellent dimensional accuracy and a superior finish. These pipes offer a tensile strength ranging from 510 MPa to 680 MPa and a minimum yield strength of 355 MPa. Although not as strong as higher carbon grades, S355J2H pipes provide considerable strength and stress resistance, making them suitable for oil, gas, and petroleum transportation, as well as in boilers, heat exchangers, and fluid systems.
